Submitting a project enquiry, selecting “Book a Call,” or otherwise contacting Hyginus does not create a client relationship, start work, guarantee availability, or mean that a project has been accepted.

Any professional engagement may be governed by a separate proposal, contract, statement of work, agreed scope, schedule, and payment terms. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website terms on matters relating to that engagement, the separate agreement will control those matters.

Videos, tutorials, design or development guidance, and other educational material are provided for general learning and informational purposes. They are not individualized professional, legal, financial, or business advice.

No employment, income, client-acquisition, revenue, business, freelancing, or career outcome is promised or guaranteed. You are responsible for deciding how to apply the information to your own circumstances.
